Acrylic Paintings...

new section for acrylic paintings added...

I have started painting in acrylics very recently... not that I like acrylics... watercolor paintings have a different charm for me... painting in oils is however a must in the drawing and painting course I attend, but I asked my instructor if I can choose acrylics instead and she said OK... I started doing one on paper, then one on canvas, another one on paper and now I am painting only on canvas of various sizes...

My watercolor pages show some of my paintings which I have painted mainly from photos at www.wetcanvas.com that are copyright free and photos of some friends. I may have painted some from photos and artwork of other photographers/painters but these are not intended for sale and have been made just for the sake of practicing...

The Painter's Keys

Thanks for subscribing to the "Robert Genn Twice-Weekly Letter."... By subscribing you have joined a world-wide community of creative people. We are mostly painters, but there are also a large number of sculptors, writers, photographers, and to a lesser degree collectors and art dealers and others who are just interested...

I started writing these letters in July of 1999. My idea was to form a community that would help to empower others with the same interests...

The most popular page on "The Painter's Keys" site is the Resource of Art Quotations...
Another valuable resource is the page called Studios Worldwide...
If you have an art-related website, please consider putting a link to it on our free Art Directory...
