Print... File Command

Purpose

The Print command is used to print the whole notes file on your default printer.

To print an notes file

1. From the File menu choose Print....
2. A confirmation message will be displayed. If you answer Yes, the Printer Setup dialog box will be displayed.
3. Make the necessary selections in the Printer Setup dialog box displayed and click OK.
4. The whole notes file in memory will be printed.

Tip: You can set the page margins before you start your printout by using the Page Setup... command from the File menu.

Warning: If your notes file is long, the output may take many pages.

To print a single card use the Print... command from the Card menu.

Error messages

Do you really want to print all the number cards?

If there is more than one card in your file and you try to print the whole contents of your notes file, NOTEFILE will warn you with the above message and act according to your response.
