Duplicate Card Command
Purpose
The Duplicate command is used to create another copy of the selected card in the notes file.
To duplicate a card in the notes file
- Select the card you want to duplicate.
- From the Card menu, choose Duplicate. Another copy of the selected card is inserted into the notes file.
The duplicated card has the same index as the original card, with at least one period appended to its index line to ensure uniqueness. After switching to the new card, you can edit the index line to distinguish it from the original.
