File Stay on Top Command
Purpose
The Stay on Top command is used to keep the NOTEFILE window on top of all other application windows even when it loses focus.
To make the NOTEFILE window stay on top of all other application windows
- While the main NOTEFILE window is active, from the File menu, choose Stay on Top.
- The icon to the left of this menu item will be surrounded by a square. Similarly the toolbar icon will appear pressed.
- You can switch to another application and continue working on that application, while the NOTEFILE window remains on top.
- To disable the
stay on top
state of the NOTEFILE window, select the Stay on Top item from the File menu again. The conditions explained in step 2 will be reversed.
